- JUSTIFICATION FOR DATA WAIVING
Due to the large variability caused by different carbon chain lengths at three individual positions, the individual components are expected to show different water solubility behaviour. This assumption is supported by data obtained during the determination of the log KOW of the test item using the HPLC method, as the log KOW is related to the water solubility of a substance. In total, 51 components were detected in the log KOW range < 1.1 up to > 9.95. Specific analytical monitoring of every component is therefore technically not possible. Therefore, the determination of the water solubility of the test item X-21415 according to OECD 105 was considered technically not possible. As such, it is not technically fesible to undertake a hydrolysis study.
