In accordance with section 1 of REACH Annex XI, the study does not need to be conducted as this property is important for ionisable substances only. The dissociation constant is not relevant for substances that cannot dissociate due to a lack of relevant functional groups. (Guidance on information requirements and chemical safety assessment Chapter R.7a: Endpoint specific guidance, section R.7.1.17.1).
