Justification for classification or non-classification

According to the regulation EC 1272/2008 (CLP) the substance is not classified as flammable solid. Following the guideline EU method A.14, which refers to the procedure described in "Recommendations on the Transport of Dangerous Goods: Tests and criteria (Part I)", the substance was evaluated as non-explosive since did not explode under the effect of flame and was not sensitive to shock or friction.
