Description of key information
The growth of the green algae Pseudokirchneriella subcapitataexposed to the test item, 4407/DELIP HIBISCUS SEED, was investigated during a 72-hour exposure test according to OECD 201. The definitive test was performed with the filtrate of the test item loading rates of 1000, 312.5, 97.7, 30.5, 9.5 and 3.0mg/L plus the control. Three replicates were used for each filtrate of the test item loading rate and six for the control.

The ErLR50/72 h value is 262.2 mg/L (95% confidence interval: 242.0 – 284.8).
The EyLR50/72 h value is 25.2 mg/L (95% confidence interval: 22.6 – 28.1).
