The log PT versus 1/T curve for the substance over the range 160-190°C showed poor linearity (correlation coefficient r < 0.99). Extrapolation of the curve to 20°C or 25°C would not give reliable results for the vapour pressure of the substance at these temperatures.

Since the weight losses of the test item at 160°C, 170°C, 180°C and 190°C were lower than the weight losses of reference substance chrysene at the same temperatures, it was concluded that the vapour pressure of the substance at 20°C (25°C) is lower than the vapour pressure of chrysene at 20°C (25°C).

The vapour pressure of the substance at 20°C was determined to be < 8.4E-07 Pa.
The vapour pressure of the substance at 25°C was determined to be < 1.1E-06 Pa.
Executive summary:

The vapour pressure of the substance was determined using the isothermal thermogravimetric effusion method in a GLP study according to EC A.4, OECD 104 and OPPTS 830.7950. From the measured weight losses in the temperature range 160°C -190°C the vapour pressure of the substance was determined to be lower than the vapour pressure of reference substance chrysene. The vapour pressure of the substance at 20°C and 25°C was therefore concluded to be < 8.4E-07 Pa and < 1.1E-06 Pa, resp.
