Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Conclusions:
The surface tension of solutions prepared at nominally 1.0 g/L of test item in water has been determined to be 68.0 ± 0.5 mN/m at 23.4 ± 0.5 °C. The test item was considered not to be surface-active.
Executive summary:

The determination was carried out by a ring method, using a procedure designed to be compatible with Method A5 Surface Tension of Commission Regulation (EC) No 440/2008 of 30 May 2008 and Method 115 of the OECD Guidelines for the Testing of Chemicals, 27 July 1995.

Conclusion

The surface tension of solutions prepared at nominally 1.0 g/L of test item in water has been determined to be 68.0 ± 0.5 mN/m at 23.4 ± 0.5 °C. The test item was considered not to be surface-active.
