PRELIMINARY SOLUBILITY RESULT
Reference samples and extract were first measured in the range 190 / 800 nm, so as to choose the right wavelength for quantitative measurements.
Since absorbance of the test solution kept the same proportions along the UV and visible spectra, preliminary test result was considered for the final result calculations. Wavelength chosen was 640.00 nm.

TEST RESULTS
Test 1 (24 hrs): 117.46 g/l
Test 2 (48 hrs): 118.52 g/l
Test 3 (96 hrs): 122.48 g/l

pH of satured solution: 6.00
Conclusions:
Interpretation of results: very soluble (> 10000 mg/L)
Average solubility: 119.49 g/l at 20 °C and pH 6.00
Executive summary:

Solubility was performed following the recommendations of the OECD method 105.

Since absorbance of the test solution kept the same proportions along the UV and visible spectra, preliminary test result was considered for the final results calculations. Wavelength chosen was 640 nm. The water solubility resulted to be 117.46 g/l at 24 hrs, 118.52 g/l at 48 hrs and 122.48 g/l at 96 hrs, at 20 °C and pH 6.00.

Conclusion

Average solubility: 119.49 g/l at 20 °C and pH 6.00.
