Additional information

Two experimental studies (L'Haridon, 2002b and Douglas, 1993) scored as Klimisch 1 were selected as key study. There were performed in compliance with GLP and according to the OECD 202 guideline. One another study is available (Ward and Boeri, 1991), scored as Klimisch 2 and was selected as supporting study.

The key studies gave a different result: not harmful (EC50 (48h) > 100 mg/L) and harmful (EC50 (48h) = 14 mg/L). The third has as result: harmful (EC50 (48h) = 20 mg/L).

For the Risk Assessment the lowest value was chosen in order to be more protective.
