The flash point was determined using EU Method A.9 closed cup equilibrium method. The flash point of the test substance has been determined to be 122.0 °C at 1013.1 hPa atmospheric pressure. The lowest temperature where there was no ignition was determined in triplicate. In the main test the lowest temperature where an ignition was observed was 122.5 °C, which was then corrected to the ambient pressure to be 122.5 °C. The resulting corrected flash point rounded down to the nearest multiple of 0.5 °C is 122.0 °C.
