Description of key information

Based on ThOD, 68% degradation was observed within the 10 day window and after 27 days 91 % biodegradation was found. The substance is readily biodegradable.

Additional information

The biodegradability of XP 3511 Lipex Shea (according to the manufacturer XP 3511 Lipex Bioester Shea is the same as the substance being registered. at aerobic conditions was tested according to the OECD Guideline no 301F. 68% degradation was observed within the 10 day window and after 27 days 91 % biodegradation was observed (based on ThOD).

XP 3511 Lipex Bioester Shea can therefore be considered as readily biodegradable.
