One study (Reach&colours KFT, 2011) on similar substance 1 was performed following OECD 429 for assessing skin sensitisation.


The result is negative, none of the tested animals showed positive response.


 


A study performed on similar substance 1 (Stahl, 1996), following EU B6 resulted in the substance not being sensitising, which is confirming the results of the guinea pig study.


 


Based on read across from similar substance 1 , Acid Green 68 could be considered as a not-sensitising substance. Read across is discussed more in detail in the Read Across document in section 13.
