Acid Green 68 can be considered not readily biodegradable, according to the expert statement and the QSAR previsions.


Moreover, one study (Clariant, 1997) was performed on the similar substance 2 following OECD 302B for assessing inherent biodegradability. The substance under test conditions after 28 days showed a degradation of 38%.
