The viscosity of DVE-3 is 0.8837 mPa/s (dynamic) and 0.5389 mm2/s (static) at 20 °C and 0.6843 mPa/s and 0.4250 mm2/s (static) at 40 °C.
Executive summary:

The viscosity of DVE-3 was measured using a Cannon-Fenske Routine viscometer. While no specific guideline was cited, Cannon-Fenske routine viscometers are approved based on ASTM D445, which is an approved method in the ECHA Chapter R.7a: Endpoint specific guidance. A total of six reliable measurements were made in two separate tests at 20 °C and three measurements were made in one test at 40 °C. The reported results at 20 °C are the averages of the two tests. The study was not GLP compliant. Therefore, it is considered reliable with restrictions.
