First-aid measures

Emergency measure - Inhalation: In the event that dust is inhaled the person should be taken
into fresh air. If symptoms persist consult a physician.
Emergency measure - Eyes: Rinse thoroughly with plenty of water, keeping the eyelid
open. In case of persistent discomfort contact a physician.
Emergency measure - Skin: Wash with plenty of soap and water. In case of persistent
discomfort contact a physician.
Emergency measure - Ingestion: Seek immediate medical attention.

Fire-fighting measures

Recommended extinguishing agent: All extinguishing substances suitable (water spray, carbon
dioxide, dry chemical powder or foam).

Product arising from burning: Oxides of carbon and nitrogen. Also, danger of
decomposition under the influence of heat.

Protective equipment: Wear personal protective equipment and self-contained
breathing apparatus.

Accidental release measures

Emergency measures in case of spillage: Avoid dust formation. Pick up mechanically and collect in
suitable containers. Dispose of material in accordance with
local regulations. Ventilate area and wash spill site
after material pickup is complete.

Handling and storage

Handling: Avoid inhalation, contact with eyes, skin and clothing.
Avoid prolonged or repeated exposure. Do not breathe dust.
