- Justification:
The biodegradation of the test substance was determined to <10% in a Ready Biodegradability test according to OECD 301 B, indicating that no biodegradation occurred and there the test substance is considered to be P or vP. Since the log Pow of the test susbstance was determined to be -6, thus accumulation in organisms is not to be expected and thus the test substance is considered to be not B or vB. Based on the toxicological properties, the test substance does not meet the criteria to be classified as T substance according Annex XIII of REACH Regulation. In conclusion, the test substance is not PBT and not vPvB.
