Due to the absence of any analytical verification of the test material concentrations during the ecotoxicology studies the Environment Agency requested additional stability data to show whether the test material concentrations were maintained throughout the duration of the ecotoxicology studies.

Stability trials were therefore performed to assess test material concentration in test media under the conditions of the previously submitted ecotoxicology studies.

The test material concentrations were determined by High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) using an external standard technique.
