- Justification:
A PBT and vPvB assessment shall be done as foreseen in REACH Article 14 (d) in conjunction with REACH Annex I Section 4 according to the criteria laid down in REACH Annex XIII. According to Annex XIII of the REACH regulation a PBT and vPvB assessment shall be carried out for organic substances, including organo-metals. Since the substanceis inorganic, a PBT and vPvB assessment is not required.
