Additional information

Annex XI, section 1.2 (weight of evidence) states that when a WoE provides adequate information for risk assesment (CSA) and hazard assessment (classification), testing on vertebrates shall be omitted. Please find our WoE in the attached pdf document which provides adequate information for both CSA and hazard classification for the environment. According to annex XI, testing on vertebrate shall be omitted. In addition, since a WoE is available, testing on vertebrates does not represent the last resort. Therefore, according to article 25 of REACH, no study should be proposed to fulfill the standard information of annex IX on long-term toxicity to fish. This WoE does not include any experimental, in vivo, vitro or silico study, which is the reason why no RSS is provided.
