Specific details on test material used for the study:
Ultra pure-grade water used for preliminary test and main test. The Agilent 1260 HPLC system was used. Ambient temperature for the preliminary test while temperature for man test was 20+/- 0.5 deg Celsius. Amount of test item was about five times saturation concentration determined in the preliminary test.
