JUSTIFICATION FOR DATA WAIVING
In accordance with REACh Annex IX, the study is only required if stability of the substance is considered to be critical. There are no structural alerts indicating potential for instability for the substance considered, therefore the study is not deemed necessary. Moreover, based on experience in testing, handling and use of the substance, no instability was observed with various solvents, such as acetone, dichloromethane, DMSO, methanol.
