- Considering REACH Annex IX 7.16 criteria, the dissociation constant should be determined. However the substance is an UVCB containing several ionisable components so measurement of individual dissociation constants using the complete UVCB is not possible. Furthermore, the substance is insoluble in water. Therefore this measurement is scientifically not possible: the test does not need to be proposed.
