Additional information

Conclusion on classification

The substance evokes acute effects towards aquatic organisms at concentrations between 10 mg/L and 100 mg/L.

The substance is not readily biodegradable, but hydrolyses with a half life of 7.89 h at a temperature of 25°C and at pH 7.

Based on the available information, the substance has to be classified as:

- harmful to aquatic organisms, may cause long-term adverse effects in the aquatic environment, R52/53 (Directive 67/548/EEC)

- hazardous to the aquatic environment - Aquatic Chronic Category 3, H412 (Regulation EC 1272/2008).
