Additional information

Two Ames-tests were conducted with strains TA1535, TA 100, TA 1537, TA 98 and E. coli WP2 uvrA. In both studies, the test substance did not induce an increase in revertants in any strain tested.


Short description of key information:
Two Ames-tests according to OECD guideline 471 in compliance with GLP are available. In both studies, no genotoxicity of the test material was found.

Endpoint Conclusion:

Justification for classification or non-classification

In the two Ames tests conducted, a mutagenic effect of the test material in bacteria was not observed under the test conditions chosen. A classification regarding this endpoint ist not warranted.
