Description of key information

In contact with water the substance will hydrolyze slowly.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Additional information

The QSAR tool HYDROWIN (v1.67) did not find fragments of this substance in its fragment library. Due to the low solubility in water, a study is scientifically not justified and technically not feasible and need not be conducted according to section 9.2.2.1, column 2 of REACH Annex VIII.

However, it is concluded that due to its low solubility in water hydrolysis neither is an important process in the fate of ULS-611 nor had any considerable effect on the stability of the test substance during the aquatic toxicity studies performed with the substance.
