The mean value and its standard deviation from five consecutive samples taken from the saturation plateau were calculated for each run. The mean concentrations calculated on two tests using different flows were compared and the repeatability was calculated, which should be better than 30 %.

The two columns with different flow rates yielded in a mean value of the water solubility of 0.545 mg/L with a RSD of 4.0 % which meets the criterion of < 30 %.

Conclusions:
The water solubility of the test item was determined to be 0.54 mg/L at 20 °C and a pH around 6.7.
Executive summary:

The water solubility was determined according to Regulation (EC) No 440/2008, method A.6 and OECD Guideline No. 105, adopted on 27th July 1995 using the column elution method with external UV/Vis analysis. Two columns were loaded with 18.0 mg of the test item. For the measurements the flow through the columns was started with a flow rate of approximately 13.2 mL/h (column 1) and 16.6 mL/h (column 2). Water was recirculated until equilibration was established, as defined by five successive samples whose concentrations did not differ by more than ± 30 %. The mean water solubility of the test item was determined to be 0.54 mg/L at 20 °C and a pH around 6.7.

Description of key information
