Effects on developmental toxicity

Description of key information

No experimental data on the developmental toxicity potential of the target substance were found in literature, therefore the reproductiove/ developmental toxicity potential was assessed by VEGA QSAR Model and OECD QSAR Toolbox and no alerts were found.

Despite the lack of experimental data on the target and similar substances, considering the estimation done by VEGA QSAR Model and the QSAR toolbox it can be concluded that the substance is not classified as toxic for reproduction according to the CLP Regulation (EC) No. 1272/2008.

Justification for classification or non-classification

Based on analysis of structural alerts by VEGA QSAR Model and OECD QSAR Toolbox, a classification within the CLP Regulation (EC) 1272/2008 is not proposed, however this endpoint is considered as inconclusive.
