Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Additional information

An OECD TG 203 and EU method C.1 followed GLP limit study is available for this endpoint and used as the key study representing freshwater (Reliability 1). Ten zebrafish (Danio rerio) per group were exposed to a solvent control (DMSO) and a nominal test substance concentration of 10 mg/L (measured concentration: 2.48 mg/L) in a semi-static system. The test conditions were as follows: temperature 24.9-25.6 °C, pH 7.7-8.3, the lowest dissolved oxygen concentration 7.5 mg/L. The 96-h LC50 was determined to be > 2.48 mg/L, based on measured concentrations.
