Conclusions:
Preliminary test was conducted to estimate the solubility of the test item in Milli-Q water. The test item was not soluble up to addition of 10 liters of Milli-Q water and the solution was kept for 24 hours observation, undissolved particles were seen after 24 hours observation then the test item was allowed up to 96 hours observation undissolved particles were seen after 96 hours observation and the solubility was less than 1 mg/L. Hence the main study was not performed. The solubility of RM1004983 in Milli-Q water was found to be less than 1 mg/L.
