Details on results:
CONCENTRATION OF TEST SUBSTANCE IN OCTANOL STOCK SOLUTION
The concentration of test substance in the octanol stock solution was determined as 549.24 μg/mL (mean of individual determinations 548.88 and 549.60 μg/mL). The concentration of test substance based on the mass of test substance used was 541.10 μg/mL.

CONCENTRATION AND TOTAL MASS OF TEST SUBSTANCE IN AQUEOUS AND ORGANIC TEST PHASES AFTER PARTITION
The aqueous phase concentrations ranged from 86.340 - 207.03 μg/mL, with pH values of 6.12 - 7.49.
The organic phase concentrations ranged from 134.97 - 327.63 μg/mL.
Quality control data for the aqueous phase analysis gave recoveries of 99.9% and 101.7%.
No peaks were observed in any of the blank solution chromatograms at the characteristic retention time of the test substance, indicating that the analytical method was free from interferences.
Conclusions:
The partition coefficient (n-octanol/water) of test item has been determined as: log P = 0.19 at 20°C.
Executive summary:

The octanol/water partition coefficient was determined by the shake-flask method based on EC A8.

The partition coefficient (n-octanol/water) of test itemhasbeen determined as: logP= 0.19 at 20°C.
