Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

GUIDELINE

The objective of the study was to determine the solubility of the test substance in water. The method was patterned after the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) Guideline for the Testing of Chemicals. Water Solubility No. 105 (March 23, 2006).

METHODS

Water solubility was determined by using the shake flask method and analysing the solution for phosphorus using an inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) system. The phosphorus concentrations were converted to equivalent test substance concentrations using the sponsor-provided phosphorus content value of 15.4 %.

RESULTS

The solubility of the test item was determined to be 3.19 mg/mL (3.19 g/L) at 20 °C.
