Conclusions:
The shake flask method at pH 4 and pH 7 was applied for the determination of the partition coefficient (Pow) of V123109.
The Pow value of the test item at 20°C and pH 4 was 1.5 x 10^1 and at pH 7 it was 1.0 x 10^1, corresponding to log Pow values of 1.2 and 1.0 at pH 4 and pH 7, respectively.
