Description of key information

Solid: Based on read across with the structurally related substances EDTA-MnNa2 and EDTA-ZnK2, the substance will not melt but decompose above about 245°C.

Liquid: The freezing range of Ethylenediamine-tetraacetic acid, manganese-dipotassium complex (EDTA-MnK2), 48% aqueous solution is expected to be between -20 and 0°C.

Additional information

Solid: Based on read across with the structurally related substances EDTA-MnNa2 and EDTA-ZnK2, the substance will decompose before melting. EDTA-MnNa2 does not melt under  250°C and starts to decompose at 252°C.

The substance EDTA-ZnK2 does not melt before decomposition, which starts at around 245°C.

Liquid: This is considered typical for a 48% aqeous solution
