were performed at the test start(0 hours) and the test and (72 hours) by LC/MS

the result , .3, 12.5, 25.0, 50, 100 measured concentration of the test substance were
1.398 +/- 08.34, 8.751 +/- 1.017, 21.026 +/- 1.759, 42.245 +/- 1.842 and 77.595 +/- 0.078 mg/L
It was shown 22.2, 70.0 84.1 and 77.6% of norminal concentration.
Therefore, the result were expressed by measured concentration
