Type:
log Pow
Partition coefficient:
< 0
Temp.:
20 °C
pH:
7.09
Remarks on result:
not determinable because of methodological limitations
Details on results:
The log Pow values were below the limit of the method.
Conclusions:
The log Pow values are below the limit of the method (log Pow < 0)
Executive summary:

Determination of the log Pow was performed in accordance with OECD Guideline 117 and EC Method A8; HPLC Method.

The anlysis was performed on an analytical column packed with a solid phase containing long hydrocarbon chains chemically bound onto silica. A mixture of 60% methanol to 40% 0.01 M phopshate buffer (pH 7.09) was used as the mobile phase and the column temperature was 20 °C.

The log Pow values are below the limit of the method (log Pow < 0). Repeatability of the method could not be determined.

Description of key information
