Due to the properties of the test substance the main route of exposure is expected to be via soil ingestion. Therefore, it is assumed that, if there are any toxic effects of the test substance on terrestrial organisms at all, earthworms will be affected the most. The toxicity of the test substance to terrestrial organisms was investigated in a GLP guideline study according to OECD 207. In this study, the LC10-value on Eisenia fetida was determined to exceed the highest test concentration of 1000 mg/kg dw after a test duration of 14 days (BASF SE 67E0641/12G291, 2013).
