Description of key information

Additional information

Abiotic degradation

The calculated half-life for the photo-oxidation (reaction with hydroxyl radicals) in air is 5.07 hours (SRC AOP v1.92). Therefore, the product will be rapidly degraded by photochemical processes after exposure to air. Hydrolysis is not expected to be important.

Biodegradation

The substance is not readily biodegradable.

Bioaccumulation

Neither the experimental study nor the calculations revealed a potential to bioaccumulate.

Transport and distribution

The substance exhibits a high potential for adsorption and negligible volatilization.
