Nominal / measured:
nominal
Conc. based on:
test mat.
Basis for effect:

Details on results:
The toxic effect of the test substance to the freshwater invertebrate Daphnia magna was investigated in a closed static limit test. Under the experimental conditions and based upon analytically confirmed nominal concentrations, the 48-hour EC50 value was determined to be higher than 100 mg/L.
Results with reference substance (positive control):
The 24h-EC50 was 1.223 mg/L.
Validity criteria fulfilled:
yes
Conclusions:
The toxic effect of the test substance to the freshwater invertebrate Daphnia magna was investigated in a closed static limit test. Under the experimental conditions and based upon analytically confirmed nominal concentrations, the 48-hour EC50 value was determined to be higher than 100 mg/L.
