- Testing was performed without pH adjustement to the mobile phase. The test material contains no modes of dissociation.
The test material was essentially insoluble in n-octanol and water, making assessment of partition coefficient by visual estimation of the solubility in the two solvents ipractical and meaningless. The test material was not completely soluble in the solvent used. Therefore, the partition coefficient was additionnally predicted using specialist chemical estimation software KOWWIN (version 1.67 TM 2000 U.S. Environmental Protection Agency)
