Details on sampling:
Analytical samples were analysed from all test item concentrations and control at test start and after 48 hours from aged solutions. samples (10 mL) were stored deep-frozen (≤ - 18 °C) until analysis. In the analytical laboratory, the samples were thawed to ambient temperature, mixed with 10 mL acetonitrile and shaken well using a Vortex-Mixer. The samples were then diluted with acetonitrile/test medium (1:1, v/v) prior to analysis by HPLC-MS/MS.
