The viscosity of the substance Sorbitan monooleate, ethoxylated (1 -6.5 moles ethoxylated) (CAS 9005-65-6) was determined using rotational Stabinger viscometer for two oligomers (3EO and 5EO) at the temperatures of 20 °C and 25 °C. Dividing by the density, the kinematic viscosity could be calculated from the dynamic viscosity. The values at 20 °C were significantly greater than the respective ones at 25 °C and there were also differences between the respective results for the two oligomers.
