Acute Oral Toxicity: 3 animals were dosed by oral gavage at 2000 mg/kg bw. No vehicle was used. No animals died, no clinical signs were observed and the animals gained weight as expected. The LD50 oral is reported as greater than 2000 mg/kg bw.

 

Acute Dermal Toxicity: 5 males and 5 females were administered a dose of 2000 mg/kg bw for 24 hours under an occlusive dressing. No animals died, no clinical signs were observed and the animals gained weight as expected. The LD50 dermal is greater than 2000 mg/kg bw.
