Test solutions

Details on test solutions:
PREPARATION AND APPLICATION OF TEST SOLUTION (especially for difficult test substances)
- Method: A defined amount of the substance was weighed out and suspended directly in the test medium by stirring (about 20 h at 20 °C) and then separated by centrifugation (6000 rpm for 20 minutes). The nominal concentration of the stock solution was 10 g/l. By dilution of this stock solution with test medium the nominal concentrations were prepared.
