Additional information

The acute toxicity of the test item to the Daphina magna was determined in a 48 hour flow-through test according to the OECD Guideline for Testing Chemicals, No. 202; under GLP conditions. The nominal test item concentrations tested were 0.031, 0.063, 0.13, 0.25 and 0.50 mg/l with a parallel control and solvent control. The reported 48 h EC50 for Daphnia magna was 0.17 mg/l with a 48 h NOEC <0.022 mg/l.
