Description of key information

Melting point of glutaric anhydride is 56 °C at atmospheric pressure.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Melting / freezing point at 101 325 Pa:
56 °C

Additional information

Although none of the 4 reference articles has a Klimish rate of 1 or 2, the fact that all these independant labs give similar numbers, obtained from different sources of material, we can considere a melting point of 56 °C as being a reliable value.
