PREPARATION AND APPLICATION OF TEST SOLUTION (especially for difficult test substances)
- Method: A stock solution with a nominal concentration of 100 mg/l was prepared. Following this, serial dilutions of this test medium were prepared in order to obtain the desired test concentrations. Chremophor was used as a solubiliser.
