Conclusion on classification

The substance was tested at least in one species at three trophic levels in the aquatic environment using short term test design. The most sensitive species in short term toxicity studies was fish showing an LC50: 45 mg/L, while the long term NOEC for Lemna minor (growth rate based on frond number) was 31.3 mg/L. As the substance is considered, non-biodegradable, this substance does not need to be classified in accordance with CLP (Regulation EC No. 1272/2008).
