Results and discussion

Water solubility
Water solubility:
> 0.82 g/cm³
Temp.:
20 °C
pH:
< 2
Details on results:
The water solubility of the test substance is estimated to be greater than 0.82 g/mL at 20 °C, based on the refractive index of the equilibrated aqueous solutions and the visual inspection of the investigated systems.

Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
Interpretation of results: very soluble (> 10000 mg/L) in water at 20 °C
The water solubility of the test substance was determined to be greater than 820 g/L at 20 °C, based on the refractive index of the equilibrated aqueous solutions. This determination was carried out in accordance to OECD 105 guideline.
Executive summary:

The water solubility of the test material has been determined according to EC A.6 method and OECD test guideline 105. The measure of the refractive index of equilibrated aqueous solutions demonstrated that the water solubility of test substance at 20°C and pH < 2 was > 820 g/L.
