Classification, Labelling, and Packaging Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008
The available experimental test data are reliable and suitable for classification purposes under Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008. The substance was determined to be readily biodegradable and its partition coefficient was measured to be < 0.3. The most sensitive aquatic species in short-term tests was Daphnia magna (48-hour EC50 = 2.84 mg/L). One long-term result based on grwoth rate is available for Raphidocelis subcapitata (72-hour ErC10 = 1.70 mg/L). Based on available data, the test item is neither classified and labelled for short-term (acute) aquatic toxicity, nor for long-term (chronic) aquatic toxicity according to Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 (CLP), as amended for the eighteenth time in Regulation (EU) 2022/692.
