Justification for classification or non-classification

According to the CLP Regulation (EC 1272/2008), for Category 1, a stimulation index of three or more is considered a positive response in the local lymph node assay. The substance shows a SI >3. Moreover, an EC3 < 2% for the LLNA test corresponds to a classification of Category 1A H317: May cause an allergic skin reaction.
