- Details on study design:
- Eight finger nail shops were monitored for ethyl, methyl and isobutyl methacrylate vapors. Passive dosimeters or
activated charcoaltubes were used. Sampling times ranged from 17.4 to 40.4 minutes for intermittent samples and
continuous monitoring was conducted for 8-hr periods.

13.4 ppm (63.6 mg/m3); median = 9.8 ppm

Methyl methacrylate
